The stylish accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: on the first floor 2 king-size rooms with TVs, 1 with en-suite with bath, separate double shower and WC, 1 double, 1 twin with zip-and-link beds which can be made as a super-king-size on request and 1 further zip-and-link twin with TV and en-suite shower room and WC. 1 downstairs king-size adjacent to the shower room. Bathroom: large with original roll-top bath, separate shower and WC. Downstairs shower room with WC. Lounge: impressive sitting room with exposed beams and inglenook fireplace with original bread oven housing the woodburner (first basket of logs included), a couple of steps up leads into a further lounge with woodburner, flatscreen TV/DVD and Freeview. Dining room: striking antique dining table and chairs, seating 8 in style. Kitchen/diner: extremely well-equipped with slate flagstone floor tiles, feature fireplace, three oven Aga with additional Aga electric oven and four plate electric hob, American style fridge/freezer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and many useful extras. The dining/breakfast area, with seating for 12, is a perfect space for getting together with french doors lead into the garden. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
