Ideal for couples and families, being only a short drive (6 miles) from the glorious sandy beach at Westward Ho! and only 4 miles from the shops, pubs and restaurants in the nearby town of Bideford. Torrington is only 3 miles away and offers an indoor swimming pool and heritage centre, highlighting the town's importance during the English Civil War. Other attractions include Dartington Crystal where you can watch glass being blown and even have a go yourself!

Gas cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and oil-fired Rayburn (which can be lit if required at additional cost £25 per week). Upstairs TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double with fitted wardrobes, and 1 twin room also with fitted cupboards (room for a cot in either). Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. Enclosed lawned garden (shallow cobbled steps on one side). Large decked area with BBQ and garden furniture which is ideal for evening drinks and offers views over the valley.
