The property is in an idyllic spot to enjoy the many lovely locations and attractions the area has to offer including Clovelly, Hartland, the ancient pannier market town of Bideford, Arlington Court and Rosemoor Gardens to name but a few. For the sporting enthusiasts visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club at the village of Instow (5 minute drive), or a game of golf at the Royal Devon Golf Club in Westward Ho!, or perhaps take a boat trip from Appledore quayside to go deep sea fishing. In the evenings enjoy a meal out at one of the many good pubs and restaurants in Appledore that offer excellent meals, seafood being a speciality.
