An ideal position for a peaceful and tranquil holiday, yet perfect for sampling farm life with milking and delightful walks available.

Stroll the land and enjoy looking at the ponds which are a 5 minutes' walk from the house. Venture further afield and explore the Hartland area which has some lovely sheltered coves and breathtaking cliff-top walks. Hartland is a traditional North Devon village with a choice of shops and good pubs serving food. Both up and down the coastline are some lovely long, sandy surfing beaches and there are other attractions to enjoy which include Hartland Point, Clovelly with its steep, cobbled streets, The Milky Way, Bude with its Splashpool and canal and much more. In the evenings relax with a BBQ in the garden. Farm activities: the owners will show you the milking process with their state of the art milker, where you can watch from the balcony above. Games room: in the garage, with table tennis table.

The very spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twins. Bathroom: family style with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: large, with TV, DVD and Playstation2. Conservatory: with seating. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with TV/DVD, traditional room with electric cooker, Rayburn, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer (located in utility area) and microwave. Outside: large, private enclosed garden with patio area, seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Location: beach 4 miles, pub and shop 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.
