CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND VILLAGE CENTRE

Situated in the small coastal resort of Combe Martin, you will be a 10 minute stroll to the village's own harbour and sheltered sandy bay that offers spectacular views across the bay to the dramatic headlands and beyond and at low tide the large expanses of golden sands. The village also boasts a highly recommended 17th century inn, post office, bakery and a few small grocery shops. From here the south west coastal path offers walks with breathtaking views to Baggy Point or Lynton and Lynmouth which are well worth a visit, forming part of Exmoor National Park that is just a short drive. Other family attractions in the area include Watermouth Castle, The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and The North Devon Farm Park.

This charming mid-terrace cottage is positioned at the end of a short lane with off-road parking for 2 cars. The back of the cottage is approached through the garage where there is a pretty enclosed garden (ideal for dogs) and outside seating. To the front of the cottage is a private footpath with a low stone wall and running stream. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single all located on the first floor. Ground floor, bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Lounge with original exposed beams, feature fireplace with gas effect woodburner, TV, DVD and video, with a selection of videos/DVDs. Kitchen/diner with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Small sun lounge off the kitchen. Parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included.
