Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

DELIGHTFUL CHARCTER COTTAGE SET AMIDST BEAUTIFUL GARDENS AND NATURE RESERVE, BEACH AN EASY DRIVE

Offering beautiful, tranquil views over the pond and open countryside from the decked area, this delightful former miller's cottage is perfect for those requiring a peaceful holiday off the beaten track, yet still being close to a wide variety of beaches and attractions to suit all tastes. Explore the land and enjoy the wildlife which include wild otter, kingfisher, deer, foxes, badgers and owls. Lots to see and do nearby, visit the unique cliffside fishing village of Clovelly, or wander along the spectacular coastline at Hartland Point. Keen gardeners can take a trip to the RHS Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington or visit Dartington Crystal where you can watch glass being blown, or purchase items in their showroom. In the evening, you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity with a glass of wine and relax on the BBQ area or alternatively take a stroll to the village pub serving good food.

The accommodation offers ONE Bedroom: double with zip-and-link bed which is made as double but can be a twin on request, with TV and accessed via open-tread stairs. Shower room: with WC. Downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: lovely room with electric fire, TV and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge and microwave (washing facilities by arrangement). Outside: private patio, BBQ area with table and chairs overlooking the large pond, use of large gardens. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric, part central and electric heating included. No smoking in the property. Regret no pets. No cot or highchair provided but you are welcome to bring your own (babies up to 6 months only). Location: beach 8 miles, pub and shops under 1 mile.
