Lots more to see and do nearby including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way both offering all-weather attractions, and for those who enjoy wildlife and walking The Tamar Lakes are well worth a visit and offer excellent bird watching, water sports and fishing. Nearby and easily reached, Roadford Lake and leisure complex includes an excellent lakeside restaurant.

The warm and cosy accommodation offers upstairs TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 large twin room. Shower room with large shower cubicle, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Handmade wooden staircase leads down to the comfortable living/dining area with feature stone fireplace with efficient gas woodburner, TV/DVD, Freeview and video with small selection of films. The kitchen is very stylish and well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob, extractor hood, double oven and microwave plus many useful extras. Door from kitchen leads to a useful rear hall with separate WC and storage cupboard and access to rear patio/garden area with seating/paved picnic area. There is a second paved patio/seating area for outdoor dining and barbeques. Ample secure parking. Bed linen, towels (except for beach use), electric and central heating included. Strictly no smoking inside or outside the property. Regret no pets. A welcome pack is provided. Nearest beaches at Bude 14 miles, shops and pubs 4 miles. Arrival time 4pm.
