Perfectly located on the edge of the Cornish border, these beautifully converted properties are ideal for enjoying a tranquil holiday.

Surrounded by farmland and open fields, there are some lovely walks direct from each property, either to the beach which is less than 1 mile away and is a mixture of sand and rock pools, or the character thatched village pub which is perfect for families and is renowned for its food. Slightly further away is a Post Office/stores selling local produce. The coastline in both directions offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the West Country and there are some well-known long sandy beaches within a short drive as well as many hidden sheltered coves to explore. In addition to the natural beauty on offer there are attractions to suit all tastes which include Clovelly with its steep stepped cobbled streets, Bude Canal and Splashpool, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Tintagel with its Arthurian legends and much more.

Both properties benefit from panoramic coastal and sea views over open fields from the lounge, which is situated upstairs. Play facilities: 0.5 acre enclosed lawn complete with swings, slide, wendy house and other play equipment. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric, central and underfloor heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets or smoking. Additional info: babysitting and home cooked meals available by arrangement. Location: beach and pub less than 1 mile, shop less than 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
