Take a riverside walk through the large natural woodland which has been designated a site of special scientific interest because of its wide diversity of flora and fauna. There is excellent walking in the surrounding area or on the Two Moors Way which runs next to the property. You are within an easy drive of the north coast and its many coves and beaches as well as the towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, Combe Martin and Minehead. The natural attractions of Tarr Steps (only 1.5 miles away) and the Valley of the Rocks are also worth a visit and make West Hollowcombe an ideal holiday location at any time of the year.

An upside-down cottage with TWO bedrooms on the ground floor and living accommodation on the first floor to take advantage of the views: 1 king-size double (or could be a twin) with en-suite bath, shower and WC, and 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC. Very large beamed kitchen/dining/sitting area with views over the lawn to the moor. Well-behaved pets welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property.
