Take a riverside walk through the large natural woodland which has been designated a site of special scientific interest because of its wide diversity of flora and fauna. There is excellent walking in the surrounding area or on the Two Moors Way which runs next to the property. You are within an easy drive of the north coast and the many coves and beaches as well as the towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, Combe Martin and Minehead. The natural attractions of Tarr Steps and the Valley of the Rocks are also worth a visit and make West Hollowcombe an ideal holiday location at any time of the year.

Smiddy is a cosy cottage which is tucked away around the corner and set slightly away from the other cottages. It has TWO bedrooms: 1 galleried king-size double accessed by a spiral staircase and 1 downstairs twin room. Bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Lounge with kitchen area. Views across the paddock to the village. 1 well-behaved pet welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property.
