Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. These impressive barn conversions are situated in a quiet location at the end of a long private drive. Ideally positioned on the North Devon/Cornwall coast, it is an ideal location for those who enjoy the spectacular sandy beaches and coves, the largest of which is Sandymouth Bay or Widemouth Bay near Bude, or Westward Ho! near Bideford. Delightful woodland walks can be enjoyed close to the cottage. The famous fishing village of Clovelly is just 2.5 miles from the property and the fishing village of Appledore is within easy reach where you can easily spend a lazy afternoon wandering the quaint streets and enjoying the views from the quayside. The town of Bideford offers shops, pubs and restaurants and the historic village of Hartland and Hartland Quay are close by. North Devon has attractions to suit all members of the family including The Milky Way (2 miles), Big Sheep (8 miles), Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Tapeley House and Gardens to name a few. The closest pub is 2.5 miles south of the farm which offers excellent meals and families are welcomed.

Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen included. Night storage and electric heaters. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: sandy beach at Bude 12 miles, pebble beach at Bucks Mills 4 miles, pub, shop and post office 2.5 miles.

Arranged all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: king-size double with TV, en-suite shower room with WC, which can also be accessed via the lounge area. Lounge/kitchen/diner: slate flooring and beamed ceiling, hi-fi, TV, Freeview, video and DVD. Kitchen area with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: enclosed lawn garden and patio area with seating. Amenities: electric surcharge of £15 per week applies from November - March payable direct to the owner on arrival.
