Both properties have bed linen, towels, electricity and heating included. Shared access to washing machine in outside utility room. Small lawn area to the front of the barn and use of the larger lawn area if required. Garden furniture and BBQ. Visitors are welcome to wander over the farm (depending on the crops). Plenty of wildlife including badgers and red deer, also a small lake that may be fished. 1 small dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Spring water, but mains to kitchen. Ample parking. Beach 25 miles. Pub and shop 1.5 miles. Town 9 miles.
The warm and cosy accommodation consists of TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Large landing area (which could accommodate a cot). Shower room with large shower cubicle and WC. Downstairs open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with solid wood flooring and under floor heating, comfortable sofa, TV/DVD, hi-fi and selection of books. Kitchen is hand-crafted and houses an electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
