Short Breaks


Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

About the property

LOVELY VIEWS OVER THE SEA TOWARDS TORBAY

This spacious first floor apartment is situated in a quiet area, with extensive, uninterrupted views of Torbay and Lyme Bay. It is just a 10 minute stroll from Shoalstone Beach, with free outdoor swimming pool, Breakwater Beach and the BerryHead Country Park, with lovely walks and views across Torbay and the English Channel.

The harbour and town, with shops and restaurants, are just a 15 minutes walk, but if you prefer, the bus service stops 2 minutes from the apartment. There is a ferry service to Torquay and be amazed by the beautiful coastline, and if you are lucky you may see the dolphins that regularly follow the ferry. Ideally placed to explore the whole area including Dartmouth, with its historical naval college, Agatha Christie's estate, the beautiful town of Totnes on the river Dart, all just a short drive away. Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican is a little further as is Exeter with its magnificent Cathedral and quayside. Or stay closer to home and explore Brixham which is steeped in history. Fishing trips leave from the harbour, or just enjoy watching the trawlers returning with their catches of fresh fish. Relax with a drink and enjoy the views and sunset from the balcony or communal gardens. Whatever your choice, you will not be disappointed.

This first floor accommodation offers sea views from the lounge, dining area and balcony. There are TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD and Freeview, patio doors leading to the large balcony which is not suitable for children unless under supervision. Kitchen: modern and fully-equipped with a single oven/grill, separate hob, built-in fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: the building stands in its own grounds with communal gardens. Amenities: private car park with allocated parking space for 1. Ample free roadside parking. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Regret no pets or smokers. Additional info: there is no cot or highchair supplied but you are welcome to bring your own, however it will be a cosy fit in the double room. Location: beach, shops, pubs and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk.
