Nearby are a wealth of lovely locations and attractions that include Exeter, Plymouth, Totnes, The Dart Valley, Buckfast Abbey, The English Riviera, Pennywell Farm and The Primrose Line steam railway. You will also be ideally situated to enjoy a game of golf (7 miles), tennis (3 miles), the heated open-air swimming pool in Buckfastleigh (3 miles) open till the end of September.
A self-contained unit adjoining the owner's rural farmhouse and offers a comfortable standard of accommodation. There are TWO bedrooms: 1 double, with WC off, leading to a small staircase up to the twin bedroom (which can be zipped together to make a double if required) with en-suite shower room.
