Nestling in the beautiful English Riviera, situated in this picturesque part of Devon means you will be spoilt for choice with some of the best beaches in the country. Brixham offers beautiful harbours and some colourful cottages housing seafood restaurants, cafés, shops and pubs. You will be able to stroll the sandy beaches and coves which are a short drive away or hop onto a fishing or pleasure boat situated in the bustling harbour. If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy ranging from golf, walking, cycling and a wide range of water sports. Come rain or shine there is always something to do in the area including over 40 top attractions across the county of Devon including Kents Cavern, Paignton Zoo, Living Coast and Quay West.

This terraced cottage offers THREE bedrooms: approached via steep, twisting cottage-style steps, 2 doubles and 1 single. Bathroom: downstairs with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: small area with woodburner, TV, DVD and Freeview. Second quiet lounge with hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave, regret no washing machine however there is a launderette a short walk away. Outside: enclosed patio area with seating (accessed via 4 stone steps) and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking close by. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 1 mile, family pub opposite with other pubs and shops walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
