An ideal base for exploring the area, there is much to see and do, the historic regional city of Exeter is a 20 minute drive and offers a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Torbay has a choice of long sandy beaches, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit for its rugged splendour and wildlife. Other attractions include Crealy Devon, Castle Drogo, Lydford Gorge, River Dart Country Park and numerous National Trust properties.

Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: spacious with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker, fridge, washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: seating area to front of property.
