Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Situated amidst fields but only a quarter of a mile off the road, this lovely barn conversion is in a delightful courtyard setting and is perfect for those requiring a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Relax in your own private garden area, enjoy a glass of wine on the summerhouse terrace (occasionally shared with owners) or read a book in the suntrap courtyard. An ideal base for touring the South Hams and visiting many National Trust properties. The picturesque yachting towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are within a short drive and offer a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries. Safe and sandy Bantham Beach and award winning Blackpool Sands cove are nearby and there are glorious cliff top walks along the South West Coastal Path and the rugged Dartmoor National Park for the more energetic.
The picturesque single storey former dairy offers ONE bedroom: double bed (5ft). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
