Bathroom: located on the first with shower over bath and WC, with an additional separate WC. Lounge/diner: boasting integrated cinema, projected to approximately 6' x 4', also enjoying wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD and SkyTV, above the original open wood fire, DVD's to enjoy, and also benefitting from a comfy window seat to watch the comings and goings of the slipway opposite and take in the estuary views.
