Situated within Dartmoor National Park, which is an ideal walkers paradise, Lustleigh is deservedly called 'the prettiest village in Devon', with its thatched cottages, tea rooms and famous 15th century watering hole. There are many attractions close by including Bovey Tracey, known as 'the gateway to the moor', with its shops, churches, pubs, restaurants and swimming pool. Canonteign Falls, reputedly the highest waterfalls in England, is 3 miles away, and the beautiful unspoilt South Devon coast between Brixham and Plymouth with its glorious beaches and Dartmoor, with its excellent riding and walking. is close by. This area has many lovely local walks and Haytor, a well-known Dartmoor landmark, is only 3 miles away and if you enjoy a game a golf, there are 4 golf courses within easy reach.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (which can be made into a double on request) and 1 single child's bedroom with a 2'6'' bed. Kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 2 cars.
