Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

Benefitting from an elevated position on the outskirts of this old fishing village, this detached bungalow is just 5 minutes walk down the hill to the two beaches, post office, pub and restaurants. If you can tear yourself away from Hope Cove, enjoy strolling the coastal paths from the property or venture further afield and explore the whole of South Devon with attractions to suit all tastes. Locally are the farming market towns of Totnes and Kingsbridge selling great local produce, or visit the nautical towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth boasting fantastic seafood restaurants and great shopping. Dartmouth is also renowned for its Naval College and stunning castle. Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, Theatre and Aquarium, and Dartmoor with its breath taking scenery and array of wildlife are all just a short drive from your door. Or why not simply unwind on the decking with a glass of wine and take in the beautiful view of the village and out over to sea.

This well appointed accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 1 king-size double on the one level and 1 further double reached through the conservatory down three steps with en-suite shower room and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with ample seating around both the dining table and the open fire, TV with DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. The conservatory is just off the lounge and is reached via three steps, offering lounge seating with board games and books. Kitchen: with electric oven with hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave and washing machine. Outside: enclosed garden accessed via the sun lounge out to the patio and the lawn with garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking available for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. This property sleeps 6 or 5 with a cot. Additional info: a security deposit of £100 is required for all bookings. Location: beach, shops, pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Arrival: 4pm
