Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

ENJOYING HARBOUR AND SEA VIEWS AND JUST A STONES THROW FROM THE TOWN

Set over 3 floors, this upside down property makes the most of its location, nestled in a beautiful harbour and situated at the southernmost end of Torbay. Offering panoramic views of the harbour and marina, you can sit back and relax overlooking this bustling fisherman’s quay.

You will be close to the harbour where there is a multitude of boats offering pleasure or fishing trips, an array of colourful cottages and numerous seafood restaurants, cafés, shops and pubs. Further afield is the ‘English Riviera’ offering some of the best beaches in the country with sheltered bays, coves and rock pools, the perfect arena to watch or partake in any number of water sports including scuba diving and sailing. Torquay is also a short drive where you'll find the palm-lined promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina. 

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both on the first floor spacious master double with washbasin and 1 twin bedroom both with feature fireplaces. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: spacious on the second floor to make the most of the harbour and sea views, wooden floors and feature fireplace, ample seating, TV with DVD, Freeview and a slection of games and books. Dining room: on the ground floor with feature fire place and  ample seating. Kitchen/breakfast room: with integrated oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: small area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: modest enclosed rear courtyard enjoys seating and BBQ area. Amenities: roadside parking available nearby, weekly parking tickets can be purchased and apply to the whole of Torbay for £27. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets within the property. Location: beach, shops, restaurants and pubs walking distance.
