This delightful log cabin has been built to a holidaymaker's dream and is situated in an idyllic setting with far-reaching countryside views, ideally positioned for touring the whole area. You will be a few miles from Dartmoor, which is one of the finest National Parks and Southern England's last great wilderness area. From pre-historic stone rows and hut circles to more recent remnants of mining and quarrying, Dartmoor offers a rich historical tableau for the observant walker. Plymouth's superb natural harbour and Hoe is also a short drive away, where you can enjoy a visit to Plymouth Dome and Smeaton's Tower. The walks along the coastal footpaths are exceptional and offer magnificent views where you can choose to walk, cycle or ride on horseback. You will also be close to many attractions including Morwellham Quay, Buckland Abbey and The Garden House as well as The National Marine Aquarium, Lydford Gorge and much more. On site offers a unique holiday experience where there are many things to see and do. You will have sole use of an indoor heated swimming pool (24' x 12' x 4' deep), young children's play area, teenage playroom with pool, pub skittles and table football, pets corner, and an opportunity to pet the ponies. You will be welcome to fish on the pond with bream, tench, carp, roach and rudd, this should be done using barbless hooks, no keep nets permitted. For the more serious fisherman there are excellent professional ponds with a few miles of the property.
The spacious accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms which both have WC, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of adult bunk beds. Lounge/kitchen/diner with woodburner, SkyTV, DVD, video, PlayStation 2, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with bath and WC. Large veranda area with table and chairs. Large decking area with garden furniture and BBQ. Pond with coarse fish. Parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 dogs welcome. Shops and pubs 1 mile, beach 12 miles.
