Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. DETACHED COTTAGE IN AN IDYLLIC LOCATION ON DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK
This cottage stands in its own natural grounds with a small stream in a most beautiful part of the Dartmoor National Park, close to the West Dart River (where you can swim), the open unspoilt moors and the local pub. An idyllic spot for walking, fishing, riding or letterboxing, yet central to Plymouth, Torbay and the South Devon coast.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with bath, shower and WC. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, Freeview, DVD and open fire. Kitchen: with cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Small conservatory off kitchen with seating. Outside: private garden, with stream, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: garage. Bed linen included. Electric and central heating are by meter reading. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: pub 0.25 miles, shop 6 miles, riding 3 miles, golf 11 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
