The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby, as is rugged Dartmoor, a haven for wildlife, wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques, restaurants, theatre, cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by, there are other attractions to suit all tastes including Crealy Devon Adventure Park, Babbacombe Model Village, River Dart Country Park as well as numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio with seating, or visit one of many local family pubs serving good food.

Kitchen/diner: large beamed farmhouse style with modern appliances, range cooker, microwave and coffee maker leading onto large dining area. Utility: walk in pantry with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outside: enclosed patio and large private garden. Amenities: winter heating fuel surcharge of £65 per week or pro rata payable direct to the owner if applicable between November to April.
