You can also step aboard a boat trip on the River Dart, or for the more energetic there are walks of varying distances directly from the property, visits to National Trust gardens, golf and sea angling. Take a passenger ferry across the river to Paignton and Torquay, both offering something for all ages at all times of the year. Along the 22 miles of the English Riviera coastline are 19 beaches and the palm-lined promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina.

Ground floor offers lounge with sofa bed, TV and DVD. Property is approached externally via 2 flights of steps. Parking permit for car parks around Dartmouth.
