Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. NEWLY RENOVATED LUXURY HOUSE WITH STUNNING SEA VIEWS

This luxury semi-detached house is perfectly positioned in the village of Goodrington between the towns of Paignton, famous for its long sandy beaches and paddler friendly waters, and the bustling harbour town of Brixham that can be reached via the beautiful coastal path that takes in the views over the Torbay.

Within a few minutes walk to the beach, water slides and large bar and restaurant. The town centre of Paignton is easily reached, where you will find a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also a quaint harbour tucked away where it is possible to arrange water sports in the bay. Away from the sea front, there is no shortage of things to do, you could take the steam train along the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway to Kingswear that stops at Goodrington, visit the endangered species at Paignton Zoo, or spend the day at the five hundred year old Kirkham House. Or alternatively, simply sit back and relax within the enclosed garden or on the balcony, and watch the sun set over Torbay. Games room: snooker table situated in the garage.

The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 spacious double and 1 further compact double both enjoying sea views, 1 double with en-suite bath and WC, and 1 twin all located on the first floor. 1 further double is located on the ground floor and is serviced via a shower room with WC. Bathroom: located on the first floor, offering a bath with a separate shower. Lounge/diner: with a large flatscreen TV with Sky and DVD. Also benefitting from an additional large lounge on the first floor with oak flooring with large wall mounted flatscreen TV and feature woodburner with ample comfy seating, that leads out onto the balcony with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the fantastic sea views. Study/reading room with internet access. Kitchen: benefits from an Aga cooker, wok hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wall mounted TV, and leads into a sun lounge with comfy seating. Utility area: within the garage offering washing machine, tumble dryer and a snooker table. Outside: the property enjoys an enclosed garden with lawn and patio area, garden furniture and BBQ.
