National Trust properties plus Canonteign Falls, Torbay, Dartmouth and Salcombe all within easy reach.
Parking close by. Bed linen included. Towels available to hire. Use of owner's washing machine available by arrangement. Regret no smoking in the properties. There is a small-enclosed paddock where dogs can be exercised off lead. Hairdryers available in each property.
This cottage offers TWO upstairs bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single bedroom with room for a cot. Bathroom with bath, shower over, and WC. Downstairs lounge/diner with woodburner, electric convector heater, TV, video and Freeview. Small but newly-fitted kitchenette with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and small freezer section. Doors out onto patio with table and chairs. BBQ available. Central heating included (Oct - April). Electric by £1 coin meter. Up to 2 dogs welcome (regret no dogs under 12 months).
