Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. 1 OF 3 PROPERTIES SET IN THE DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK Set in a wonderful position in the Dartmoor National Park and offering a complete get away from it all. Peace and quiet is assured with all 3 properties nestling in this beautiful hidden valley with a stream running through it, yet only a short drive from a varied selection of amenities and activities. The surrounding forest is a haven for wildlife with walks direct from the cottages and trout and coarse fishing at nearby lakes. Good pub serving bar meals at Chudleigh Knighton (10 minute drive) and large selection of shops at nearby Chudleigh and Bovey Tracey. National Trust properties plus Canonteign Falls, Torbay, Dartmouth and Salcombe all within easy reach.
Games room: small games barn with table tennis and dart board. Outside: there is a small enclosed paddock where dogs can be exercised off the lead. Amenities: parking close by. Bed linen and towels included. Hairdryers available in each property. Regret no smoking in the properties. Additional info: cream tea tray on arrival. Use of owner's washing machine available by arrangement. Location: beach 13 miles, shop 3 miles and pub within walking distance.

Lounge/diner: downstairs, with woodburner (logs provided), electric convector heater, TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchenette: small area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and small freezer section. Outside: doors from the lounge to a patio with table and chairs, BBQ available. Amenities: central heating included (October-April). Electric by £1 coin meter. Up to 2 dogs welcome (regret no dogs under 12 months).
