STYLISH COTTAGE OVERLOOKING BRIXHAM HARBOUR

This wonderful mid-terraced cottage is set over 3 floors, in an elevated position overlooking Brixham harbour, accessible either via a pedestrian courtyard, or steep stone steps from the harbour road (children and elderly beware).

The cottage has panoramic views across the harbour and out to sea from 2 of the bedrooms and the living area. The small and bustling town of Brixham has many restaurants and small shops. Why not try crabbing off the harbour? There are a wealth of beaches and rocky coves nearby, all well worth a visit. Returning to your cottage in the evening, why not enjoy a glass of wine on the front patio whilst watching the sun set.

The spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: situated on the top floor, 1 double with panoramic views and TV/DVD, steps up to en-suite shower room with WC. On the middle floor, 1 double with bay window, harbour views and TV/DVD and 1 split level double room with dressing area. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. The staircase down to ground floor has restricted headroom. Lounge/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD/CD and dining suite. Kitchen: accessed via steps up, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: small gated patio area with seating. Amenities: roadside parking nearby or in harbour car park below. Bed linen and electric included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach, shops and pubs all nearby. Arrival: 3pm.
