Located in a beautiful valley setting and offering outstanding views, Sheplegh Court is an ideal country retreat for you and your family. Originally the site of a 6th century monastery, the main house of Sheplegh Court was built in the early 1800s. In 1990, this was converted to provide 17 luxurious apartments, each of which have the use of the following fantastic leisure facilities: indoor plunge pool, sauna, spa, snooker room, tennis courts, 50' outdoor heated swimming pool and a laundry room. The nearest village is Blackawton, although Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes are also close by, providing easy access to a wealth of shopping and recreational facilities. From the beautiful narrow streets and ancient buildings of Dartmouth you will be able to take a passenger ferry across the river to Paignton and Torquay, which offer something for all ages, at all times of the year. Along the 22 miles of the English Riviera coastline are 19 beaches and the palm-lined promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina.
