Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. A SHORT STROLL TO THE BEACH AND AMENITIES
This spacious first floor apartment situated in a quiet area is just a ten minute stroll from Shoalstone Beach with free outdoor swimming pool, Breakwater Beach and the Berry Head Country Park with lovely walks and views across Torbay and the English Channel. The harbour and town, with shops and restaurants are just 15 minutes walk, but if you prefer, the bus service stops 2 minutes from the apartment. There is a ferry service to Torquay, be amazed by the beautiful coastline, and if you are lucky you will see the dolphins that regularly follow the ferry. Ideally placed to explore the whole area including Dartmouth, with its historical naval college, Agatha Christie's estate, the beautiful town of Totnes on the river Dart, are all just a short drive away. Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican is a little further as is Exeter with its magnificent Cathedral and quayside. Or stay closer to home and explore Brixham which is steeped in history. Fishing trips leave from the harbour, or just enjoy watching the trawlers returning with their catches of fresh fish. Whatever your choice, you will not be disappointed.
The accommodation stands in its own grounds with communal gardens and a private car park. There are TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/diner: with flatscreen TV and DVD. Kitchen: modern with electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. Amenities: allocated parking space. Bed linen, electric and heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. There is no cot or highchair supplied but you are welcome to bring your own, however it will be a cosy fit in the double room. Location: beach, shops, pubs and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk.
