Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

The property boasts an enviable location that makes it perfect for those visiting the English Riviera and beyond. Stroll over the road to discover the boutiques, coffee shops, convenience store, restaurants and delicatessen of Wellswood village and with Meadfoot Beach 10 minutes walk away and Anstey's Cove 5 minutes, everything you need is on the doorstep. With Torquay's world class marina a 2 minutes drive away and Kent's Cavern a 5 minutes walk, you couldn't get a better place to reside. Dartmouth, Brixham and Exeter are a short drive away for those wanting to explore the local area.

The house, arranged over three floors, has been exceptionally well designed and furnished to maximise the comfort and experience of guests and offers FOUR bedrooms: situated on the second floor, 1 master suite with king-size, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin with walk-in wardrobe. On the first floor there are 2 doubles. All bedrooms are superbly designed and have TVs with DVD players. Bathroom: on the first floor, family bathroom offers with shower over bath and WC. Further ground floor cloakroom with WC. Lounge: benefits from high ceilings with finely crafted covings and an opulent Italian marble fireplace. Complete with large TV, DVD, SkyTV, iPod/iPad dock and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Dining room: with french doors leading to terrace.
