Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. SHORT WALK TO BRIXHAM HARBOUR
Nestled in the beautiful English Riviera, situated in this picturesque part of Devon means you will be spoilt for choice with some of the best beaches in the country.
Brixham offers beautiful harbours and some colourful cottages housing seafood restaurants, cafés, shops and pubs. You will be able to stroll the sandy beaches and coves which are a short drive away or hop onto a fishing or pleasure boat situated in the bustling harbour. If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy ranging from golf, walking, cycling and a wide range of water sports. Come rain or shine there is always something to do in the area including over 40 top attractions across the county of Devon including Kents Cavern, Paignton Zoo, Living Coast and Quay West.
This terraced cottage is arranged over 3 floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and 1 double and 1 twin on the second. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and gas fire. Kitchen: with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Please note that the upper flight of stairs in the property is steep and not suitable for the elderly or infirm. Outside: small enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: limited roadside parking outside the property. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 1 mile, shops and pubs walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
