Situated in Torquay, you will be within walking distance to the waterfront, which is the focus of life in the town. There is a palm-lined promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina. Yet within minutes of the town centre there are beautiful beaches easily accessible by foot, road or water. There are an abundance of pavement cafes, pubs, restaurants and nightlife, good quality shops and a host of attractions to suit every interest. Paignton is also a short distance away, offering long sandy beaches, colourful atmosphere, paddler-friendly waters and many attractions including Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark and the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin both with TVs. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Lounge with electric fire, TV, DVD, video with both films and music, radio and a further dining room table. Sun room off the kitchen and lounge with french doors off this room with seating. Private enclosed patio area with BBQ, secure for children and pets. Parking for 1 car off road but roadside parking is available. Bed linen, towels, electric and full central heating included although there is a small supplementary charge of £15 for heating from November to Easter payable to owner. Regret no children under the age of 6 years old. Up to 3 dogs welcome. Local shops at the end of the road (2 minutes), pubs, shops and beach all walking distance. |
