Sun room with seating is off the kitchen and lounge with french doors leading to the patio. Kitchen: with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: private enclosed patio area with BBQ, secure for children and pets. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car but roadside parking is available. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Up to 3 dogs welcome (dog equipment supplied). Additional info: regret no children under the age of 6 years old.
