The stunning coastline offers wonderful walks and is an ideal base for all the many attractions the area has to offer such as Woodlands Leisure Park and Pennywell. Guests are welcome to watch, or help with supervision, with the day-to-day farm activities such as watching the milking (approximately 0.5 miles), feeding the chickens and collecting eggs all a short distance away from the cottages. There is also a recently installed timber-framed play area with swing/slide/climbing frame, clatter bridge, rock wall, swinging log steps and cargo net. Other equipment includes trampoline with safety net, sand pit, and pedalled go-kart tracks for children up to 12 yrs. For the less energetic, there is a communal seating area with BBQ overlooking the duck pond.
Each cottage contains a TV/DVD, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Ample parking. Bed linen included. Oil central heating by arrangement at an additional cost payable to the owner. Electric and hot water by £1 coin meter. Cot and highchair available on request. 2 dogs by arrangement, all owners must keep their dogs in the kitchen and exercised away from the communal area (facilities available), dogs must not be left unaccompanied in the property. Natural spring water supply. Towel hire by arrangement with owner. Beach 1 miles, nearest pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival time 3.30pm.
