Guests are welcome to watch, or help with supervision, with the day-to-day farm activities such as watching the milking (approximately 0.5 miles), feeding the chickens and collecting eggs all a short distance away from the cottages. There is also a recently installed timber-framed play area with swing/slide/climbing frame, clatter bridge, rock wall, swinging log steps and cargo net. Other equipment includes trampoline with safety net, sand pit, and pedalled go-kart tracks for children up to 12 yrs. For the less energetic, there is a communal seating area with BBQ overlooking the duck pond.

Cot and highchair available on request. 2 dogs by arrangement, all owners must keep their dogs in the kitchen and exercised away from the communal area (facilities available), dogs must not be left unaccompanied in the property. Natural spring water supply. Towel hire by arrangement with owner. Beach 1 miles, nearest pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival time 3.30pm.
The Old Tack Room offers THREE bedrooms: upstairs is 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC., 1 twin and 1 double with a single bed. Bathroom with bath WC. Downstairs lounge with feature stone fireplace. Kitchen/diner. Separate WC. French Doors leading from lounge to a spacious private patio area with part wooden decking and part stone from which stone steps lead to a large lawned garden. A shallow fenced stream runs along the side of the property. Garden furniture and BBQ.
