Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

This wonderfully spacious property is situated on a very exclusive estate in Thurlestone, offering fantastic sea views.

With tennis courts, golf course, village shop and pub all under 1 mile, you'll find the property will suit everyone's needs. The local beach is a few minutes walk, as well as the Thurlestone Hotel which offers a restaurant, bars and golf course to non-residents. Based in the popular area of South Hams, you will find there is much to do and see. The towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth boast fantastic seafood restaurants and shopping. There are also a wealth of trips and activities a stone's throw away, including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in.

Dining room: with seating for 10 people and cushioned window seat overlooking the garden.
