Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. WONDERFUL ESTUARY VIEWS AND COUNTRYSIDE WALKS, WORKING FARM WITH 50 ACRES Beautifully positioned former hayloft set on a peaceful working farm only 1 mile from a sandy beach. You can take a stroll directly from the farm along the Exe Estuary Footpath / Cycle Track to Dawlish Warren. Located less than a mile from the property you can also find Cockwood Village and there an excellent harbour side pub serving sea food. Many birds, some quite rare, visiting the local fields and nearby nature reserve. Bring your binoculars! Jump on the Starcross Ferry (Easter - October) or try one of the many boat trips and estuary cruises on offer. Walks direct from the farm, or visit the attractions close by such as Dawlish, Teignmouth, the market town of Newton Abbot, or nearby Powderham Castle.
The first floor open-plan, studio style living accommodation is accessed via external steps and offers: Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: large L shaped room with original beams and exposed stonework.
