Situated within the traditional Dorset seaside village of Charmouth, that offers an array of shops and pubs a short walk from your door, ideal for picking up the morning paper and more. Perfectly placed on the Jurassic Coast, that has joined the ranks of the Great Barrier Reef and the Grand Canyon as one of the wonders of the natural world and designated as England's first Natural World Heritage Site. Spanning 95 miles of the Dorset and East Devon coastline and taking in some of the very finest walks and views available. Lyme Regis is a short drive away, which offers an unspoilt seafront with sheltered south-facing beaches and provides a perfect environment in which children can play and adults can relax in the traditional deckchairs that still line the promenade in summer. There are many attractions in the area including the charming resorts of Beer, Branscombe and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few.
Leisure facilities: guests are invited to enjoy the leisure facilities of the neighbouring holiday park which includes a covered outdoor heated swimming pool and the Char Valley cafe, serving speciality teas and coffees throughout the day. Also available for adults use, at a reduced charge, is the well-equipped Char Valley Health Club with gymnasium, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Covered outdoor heated swimming pool open for the following dates in 2015: 28th March – 10th April, 2nd May – 4th May, 23rd May – 4th September and 24th October to 30th October. Outside: properties benefit from a private patio area with garden furniture. Amenities: ample parking available on site. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-Fi available on site, for an additional charge, in the Char Valley cafe. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach, shops and pubs all within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm - 8pm.
This charming property offers ONE super king-size bedroom (made up to a twin upon request). Bathroom: with shower over the bath and WC, on the first floor, with a further WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen area with integrated oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Additional info: £50 security deposit payable to owner on arrival which will be returned the following week. Regret no children under 18 years and no babies. Short breaks only available during off peak weeks.
