Christchurch, with its 900 year old Priory, nestles between the New Forest and the vibrant town of Bournemouth on the Dorset coast. The area itself is one of the finest parts of the country and is renowned for its weather, beaches, coastal and woodland walks, historical sites of interest and fine food. You will be situated within easy reach of award winning beaches and the towns of Poole, Southampton and Salisbury. Take the ferry from Lymington (a pretty yachting town) across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, or visit the Channel Islands, or even France on a fast ferry from Poole or Weymouth. Enjoy fossil hunting along the Jurassic coastline (recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site) with its stunning scenery or just relax on one of the quiet, picturesque beaches. On the second floor 1 further double with balcony, which is large enough for family dining, evening drinks or sun bathing. This bedroom has its own bathroom with WC and spa bath. Shower room: on the first floor with separate WC. Lounge: large room overlooking the pretty garden and nature reserve beyond. Kitchen/diner: situated on the ground floor, fully-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Dining table seating 6. Outside: the patio doors open onto a raised patio area with steps down to the well-planted, enclosed garden bordering Stanpit Marsh. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars.
