The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 twin and 1 double opening onto an enclosed courtyard on the ground floor. One master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC on the second floor. The ground floor also offers a family bathroom with separate bath and large shower. The first floor offers a spacious open-plan living area, a lounge with TV, DVD, video and CD player. Juliet doors opening to a small balcony with views of Hambury Tout. A dining area which has french doors to the terraced rear garden and decked area at the top, offers distant sea views. Young children should be accompanied in garden. The kitchen has a double oven, hob, freezer, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine on the ground floor. Parking on slip road in front of the house or in private drive next to the house.
