There are several golf courses nearby and sailing can be enjoyed at Sutton Bingham Reservoir 5 miles.

Bathroom with hand-held shower attachment and WC. On the ground floor there is 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with wet room shower, shower chair and WC. Kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer (located in the garage), dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer (located in the garage) and a large pine table seating eight.
