An annexe to an early Georgian farmhouse in a beautiful valley on the border of East Devon and West Dorset close to Somerset to the north. The interior is tastefully furnished and the private garden is perfect to sit and enjoy the rural atmosphere.

Close to the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, with easy access to coastal walks, beaches and fossil-rich cliffs. Lyme Regis is under 2 miles with boutique shops, pubs, restaurants, museum, cinema and theatre overlooking the sea. Enjoy the Regency houses on the promenade, Langmoor Gardens, historic Cobb, beach and harbour. For River Cottage fans, Park Farm (River Cottage HQ) is 2 miles north and halfway to the small town of Axminster and River Cottage Canteen. There are many local attractions, Pecorama, Beer caves, Seaton Tramway, Crealy, Bicton Park, Burrows Farm Gardens, Killerton and Knightshayes Court. Axminster train station has direct connections to Exeter and London Waterloo.
