Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. If you can tear yourself away from the house, it can also be used as the ideal spot for guests who are looking to explore the local area with Dorset's array of visitor attractions all within easy reach, including Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, The Splashdown Waterpark and nearby Gorcombe Farm, offering a whole host of activities including paintball, shooting, archery, fishing, quad bikes and off-road vehicle experiences. Or for those wishing to enjoy Dorset's more sedate offerings, a whole host of walks can be enjoyed from nearby the property, taking in the simply beautiful rolling hills that are littered with flora and fauna, or take a trip down to the coast and experience the unique Jurassic Coast that has been a photographer's dream for decades. Why not, one night, take the burden of hosting off your hands and enjoy that special dining experience with Andrew James Catering solutions, arranged direct with the owner. Or alternatively, simply relax within your spacious enclosed garden with children's play area. There is also a large patio area, with garden furniture and BBQ, that overlooks the pool. Leisure facilities: guests are also invited to feed and enjoy the animals from the rare Kune Kune pigs, Suffolk sheep, peacocks, ducks, chickens and rabbits that would love your company and are just a short stroll through the garden. Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from mid May until the end of September. Play facilities: children's play area, sunken trampoline, pitch and putt and football nets. Games room: with a full size pool table with wall mounted TV is located just off the kitchen.

The rest of the accommodation is located on the first floor reached via the grand sweeping staircase, offering 2 doubles both with en-suite shower room, 1 of which enjoys a private balcony, 1 further double with en-suite shower over bath and WC, with 3 further twin bedrooms. Bathroom: located on the first floor, enjoying bath, separate shower and WC.
