Why not, one night, take the burden of hosting off your hands and enjoy that special dining experience, arranged direct with the owner. Or, simply relax within your spacious enclosed garden with children's play area. There is also a large patio area, with garden furniture and BBQ, that overlooks the pool. Leisure facilities: heated outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-May until the end of September only. Hot tub available for hire, must be requested at the time of booking please. Play facilities: children's play area, sunken trampoline, volley ball net and football nets. Games room: with a full size pool table with wall mounted TV is located just off the kitchen.

This sumptuous, spacious accommodation offers EIGHT bedrooms: all with TVs. On the first floor reached via the grand sweeping staircase, offering 2 doubles both with en-suite shower room, 1 of which enjoys a private balcony, 1 further double with en-suite shower over bath and WC, with 3 further twin bedrooms. Bathroom: located on the first floor, enjoying bath, separate shower and WC. Situated on the ground floor, 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin. Lounge: with ample seating around the open fire and wall mounted large flatscreen TV with DVD and SkyTV. Dining room: with ample seating, large wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD, SkyTV, Xbox and seating. Kitchen: has been extremely well-equipped offering range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional fridge, freezer and 2 dishwashers. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: offers ample space for young and old alike with large lawn, patio with seating and BBQ, swimming pool and play area. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. A heating surcharge of £50 per stay applies from October - March inclusive. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking within the property. Regret no pets. There are 3 cots (1 travel cot and 2 wooden cots) and 3 highchairs available on request. Extra beds can be added at a pro-rata cost. Towels are not provided, please bring your own. Additional info: £400 security deposit is payable to the owner two weeks prior to arrival and if applicable, the heating surcharge and hot tub hire charges are also payable to the owner at the same time. A £25 grocery hamper and can be pre-ordered for the day of your arrival or ordered during your stay for the following day. Home cooked meals for your holiday can also be ordered by prior arrangement with the owner. Close by is the acclaimed White Pepper Cookery School where your can partake in their array of pre planned or bespoke courses. Location: beach 14 miles, shops and pubs 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
