Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. PERFECT CHOICE FOR TOURING THE WHOLE OF DORSET
A two bedroom cottage, placed just a few miles south of the market town of Shaftesbury in the rolling downs of the North Dorset countryside. Originally built for the Dorset Constabulary, back when every small village had its own police house, it has now been sensitively renovated over an 18 month period and brought thoroughly up to date, whilst paying respect to its heritage as an integral part of the community. Situated on the road to Shaftesbury, you will be ideally positioned for touring the whole county with the Jurassic Coast and long sandy beaches being easily accessible. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include Sherborne Castle, Longleat Safari Park and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 2 double rooms situated upstairs and both with good countryside views. There is also a useful room downstairs with fold down double bed for additional sleeping. Shower room: upstairs with WC. Lounge: feature room with TV, DVD and open fire. Dining room: area reached through the kitchen with additional seating overlooking garden. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with American style fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside: large enclosed mature gardens with small covered pond. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car and additional roadside parking adjacent. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog by arrangement.
