Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. STYLISH PROPERTY IN QUIET SPOT CLOSE TO WIMBORNE AND SHORT DRIVE TO BOURNEMOUTH AND POOLE

This superb property is adjacent to the owners’ home, yet peace and privacy are assured. Situated close to many places of interest such as the Jurassic Coast, the New Forest and the award winning beaches of Bournemouth and Sandbanks in Poole.

The property backs onto the Stour Valley Way affording direct access to the many foot and cycle paths taking you through quiet country lanes and alongside the River Stour. The market town of Wimborne is only 15 minutes walk where there is an array of good quality shops, restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. The Minster is a ‘must-see’ as is the Priests House Museum and the model village. There is even a theatre. Other nearby attractions include Kingston Lacy House, Moors Valley Country Park and the Dorset Heavy Horse Centre, all within a 10 mile radius. If, at the end of the day, you don't have the energy to walk into town there is a very good gastro pub 5 minutes walk away.

Tastefully furnished, spacious and very well-equipped the accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room with WC. 1 bunk room with TV/DVD. 1 further double upstairs with en-suite bathroom with shower attachment and WC. Please note the upstairs rooms are in the eaves of the house and therefore have restricted height. Bathroom: situated downstairs, family size, with bath and separate shower cubicle. Separate WC. Lounge: with woodburner, TV/DVD and french doors leading out to conservatory with seating. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob range style cooker, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and many useful extras. Dining area with woodburner effect electric fire. Outside: private and enclosed rear patio area with garden furniture and gas BBQ. Small lawn area. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels electric, gas, central heating and logs included. Regret no smoking or pets at the property. Location: beach 9 miles, shops and pubs within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm
