The current owners have established West Devon’s only commercial winery and vineyard with award winning wines on sale from ‘cellar door’. Enjoy a tour of the vineyard, explanation of the winemaking process and a tasting session. Suitable for all year round holidays, you will be situated in one of the most picturesque and tranquil parts of Devon, and yet ideally positioned for touring the whole country. Rugged Dartmoor is a short drive and is perfect for nature lovers and walkers. The beaches of North Cornwall are 23 miles away and offer a range of long sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves to explore. There are attractions to suit most tastes and these include Castle Drogo,Tarka Trail and the Granite Way cycle trails, Lydford Gorge, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Launceston Steam Railway and more. The village of Northlew is a mile away, the small market town of Hatherleigh has local shops and pubs, and Okehampton offers a larger range of shops, including Waitrose, restaurants and leisure facilities. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden area and of course enjoy a glass of wine!

Sauvignon Cottage is semi-detached and arranged upside-down offering TWO bedrooms: downstairs 1 double and 1 single. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated upstairs, well-equipped with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside: large enclosed garden shared with CABER.
