Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

SITUATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE POPULAR HAVEN OF ST AGNES

This semi-detached spacious traditional style cottage enjoys a quiet situation on the outskirts of the village of St Agnes, famed by many for its long golden sandy beach, a surfers paradise.

Within the village itself you will find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a reasonable walking distance. If you fancy simply taking stock and getting away from it all, the South West Coastal Path that encompasses the whole of this unique county is not far away and home to some of the most spectacular views in the country. Ideally located just a couple of miles off the A30 allows for ease of touring the rest of West Cornwall and its hidden treasures, from the remoteness of the Lizard Peninsula and its coves and mining heritage, to the popular destinations of St Ives, Penzance and Land's End, there is something for even the most discerning of guests.

This character filled cottage offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor and accessed via cottage style stairs, 1 master double with dual entrance to the bathroom and 2 single rooms (1 with additional pull-out bed). Bathroom: Jack and Jill style with separate shower and WC. Lounge: spacious, enjoying ample seating around the TV, DVD, Freeview and woodburner effect oil fire. Just off the lounge, separate sun room with more seating, a vast selection of books and garden views. Kitchen/diner: traditional farmhouse style and enjoys electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: large enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and garden furniture. Amenities: ample off-road parking available. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included (extra supplement of £25 per week from 1 October - 30 April payable to owner prior to arrival). Regret no smoking within the property. 1 small dog by arrangement. Location: shops, pubs and restaurants walking distance.  Beach 1.5 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
